Motion Design Week 1

Our first homework assignment was given on Monday, which required us to animate three scenes. The main tasks involved setting keyframes, ensuring correct positioning and scaling, and creating a fluid motion by adjusting the cursor. While I didn't find the project particularly challenging due to the explanatory nature of keyframes, I did discover the importance of duplicating keyframes to introduce pauses between motions. Without this technique, the cursor's movement would appear continuous, lacking the natural pauses that mimic a human's actions such as clicking, pressing, and pausing briefly before the next motion. This assignment served as a reintroduction to After Effects for me. Although I had some experience with AE during my Creative Technology and Design courses, it wasn't enough for me to confidently utilize the platform, which is something I hope to gain from this course and future work.
